I have received the report of the Committee on

the general question they were appointed to consider. The schedule which accompanied it was however incomplete and

I referred it back for correction.

Meantime I enclose a copy of the report and I

I will send the amended schedule as soon as it is received.

I shall be glad to discuss the report with you

at your convenience say at 11 a.m. tomorrow morning at the Colonial Secretary's Office and I think it would be well to invite Er. Edkins to be present and shall be glad to learn whether you agree.
